As a KingoftheWall.com user, you will abide by the terms of service as stated below. Your access to the Kingodfthewall.com site is governed by these terms. If you have any questions about these terms, please feel free to contact us.

You accept these terms by checking the box located on the registration page, or by using the KingoftheWall site and any applications therein. These terms apply whether you are accessing the site as a member or a visitor, and you agree to abide by them whether you are using the site on a computer or a mobile device. In addition, you agree to follow these terms whenever you use any applications, widgets or other components of the KingoftheWall brand across the internet, regardless of which site you are on.

As part of agreeing to use the site and applications developed by the KingoftheWall.com you agree to be bound by the following:

1. KingoftheWall may revoke your permission to use the site, without cause, at any time and for any reason.
2. The topic walls that you create through the KingoftheWall system will be assigned to your account. These lists, when you choose to publish them, are available to the community as part of the ongoing repository of topic walls. If you would like to keep your wall from being part of the permanent library, it is your responsibility to delete them from your account. If you would like a topic wall to be hidden from the public, please choose to keep that list private via the permissions menu on the site.
3. KingoftheWall intends to retain all topic walls that are not deleted by their creators, however, topic walls and associated content may be lost or deleted as the application is developed and matured. Kingofthewall.com will put forth all possible effort to save them, but we must state that Kingofthewall.com is not responsible for any lists that are deleted or become unavailable.
4. KingoftheWall.com, at its sole discretion, may remove from the site and / or delete permanently, any topic wall that it considers offensive, harmful, hurtful, in poor taste. KingoftheWall.com may also remove any topic walls that it believes to contain illegal or copyright protected materials.
5. Users are expressly forbidden from uploading to the site illegal or copyright protected materials. Users may not use KingoftheWall.com or any of its applications to engage in any illegal activity, or to disseminate, copy, share or otherwise interact with copyright protected materials in any way that violates copyright law. KingoftheWall.com is not responsible for any content posted on our site or using our technology. All content is the sole responsibility of the user who generated it. Any content posted is done at the user's own risk, although we will do our best to respond to reports of objectionable content as quickly as possible in whatever manner we deem appropriate. Objectionable content can be reported here at any time.
6. All feedback provide by you is the sole and express property of KingoftheWall.com. It is your responsibility not to provide any information or materials which constitute any sort of violation of any non-disclosure or non-compete agreements you are currently a party to, or may become a party to in the future.
7. STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS: Regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action related to the use of KingoftheWall.com or to this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action initially arose, or be forever barred.
8. MODIFICATION: KingoftheWall.com reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement, at the company's sole discretion. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting to the KingoftheWall.com site(s), and all users must comply with such amendments as soon as they are posted.
