Neji Hyuga is a Jōnin-level Shinobi of Konohagakure, and a branch member of the Hyūga clan. He is also a member of Team Gai, and is famed as a natural genius.

He has the ability to use his clan bloodline abilities of the Byakugan. This allows additional sensory abilities to see and sense chakra.
